A successful DIY shed starts with choosing the right shed plans. First, determine how much space you can commit to an outbuilding, and check local codes for setbacks as you decide where to put it. It’s also important to consider what you’d like to store in the shed. Small tools can be hung on walls to save space, but large items like lawnmowers and snow blowers need more square footage.
Whether you want to store tools, a snowblower or lawn furniture, this 168 square foot shed gives you all the extra room you need. .
If you live in an area with frequent hurricanes or tornadoes, you can rest easy knowing that Cosmos sheds have a wind rating of up to 110 miles per hour. Homeowners in cold climates will be glad to know that these sheds have a snow load rating of 25 pounds per square foot. Because these sheds are portable, you do not have to keep them in the same location year after year. You can disassemble your shed and move it to a different area.
Before I get started, it’s worth noting that it is our firm opinion that buying (or building) a shed that meets a high quality specification is worth the additional cost. The shed will last longer and look better than cheaper alternatives. When you’re looking to purchase a shed, make sure to really examine the build quality and compare prices. We found that our local, privately-held shed company was able to build and deliver a shed for nearly the same price as the big box home improvement stores, but with a much higher quality build.
All of these barns are assembled and ready-to-go and can be delivered to your site. Shipping charges vary, depending on your location. Please call to price building, options, and delivery. Have a tuff shed since we bought our house. Mine is on dirt has held up nicely.the steel framed door is great. We have 10x12. Isn't that Tuff Shed right off the 60 in Ontario? Maybe you can save some coin going straight to them. I have had both a tuff shed and another kit I bought at a local lumber store. I think both were equal in quality. The kit was much cheaper because I built it...the kit was just a lumber package. I can't remember how much they were because it was so long ago, but as far as quality I felt they were comparable. I had the kit shed for 15 years and it was in just as good of shape as the day it was built. Maybe you can find a used one on craigslist and save some money. You would just need a flatbed trailer and some RDP peeps to help you load and unload it. Have a tuff shed since we bought our house. Mine is on dirt has held up nicely.the steel framed door is great. The 128 square foot of floor space makes it easy to move around inside, and there's enough room to add shelves for holding pots or bags of soil.

Now, it’s important to note that Heartland Sheds states their wood foundations are treated against bugs and moisture. And I totally believe they are.
