If you go tuffshed try and get 20% off 10-15 is ok. They are definitely expensive I have had 1 built and built about 8 myself. Your best is to find a used 1 of cl. Make sure you check city zoning. Lots of the deals people have them installed and city says remove it. Here is a 10X12 a quick cl search http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/grd/3550391462.html We bought it through Home Depot when it was on sale and they let us use a coupon too.

Tip: Remember that not all wood sheds are built the same. For the sake of this article, vinyl sided wood sheds being referenced are built according to generally accepted housing standards (wall studs 16” on center, 30 yr. roof shingles, etc). Not cheap wood buildings that are susceptible to rot and decay or being blown over in the next wind storm.
i have a tuff shed it has been at my house for years and is still like new. my fatherinlaw even had them build a custom garage behind his house with stucco finish very nice!
As more people enjoy each season that Colorado has to offer, and new forms of recreation continue to emerge, it will be very important for CPW staff to work with recreation organizations, land-use management agencies and local communities to get the word out. Protecting our wintering wildlife is something we have to do together. Everyone involved in recreation needs to help educate people who are out on public lands. We will also be working with local visitors bureaus to help get the information to people visiting Colorado. CPW will post signs, send press releases, work with sportspeople's groups and partners, news media, social media and other communication avenues to ensure the public is well informed about this new change.
However, the crew that came to install my shed is the same team that builds Tuff Sheds from scratch. (I know this because I spoke with the Tuff Shed crew who came to my home, and they told me they also personally build Tuff Sheds.)
So, my Tuff Shed review here isn’t based on having the company build a shed onsite.

This wooden shed is durable enough to stand the weather and provides 120 square foot of usable storage space for everyone.
Line up your 4″ x 4″ posts as shown. You will probably need to lay them on their sides while building the frame. Having a buddy around would be helpful, but you can also use clamps to help hold your boards as you assemble.
Plans come with all the information you need to build this shed for far less than a contractor would charge - and you can do it in just one weekend!

By its very nature, plastic is impermeable, this means that plastic is the perfect medium to keep out the rains, snow, and ice.
This means you should never have to worry about your shed becoming out of square, which can have an adverse effect on how well the doors and windows work.
