Around the time I had begun shopping around for a new shed — right after I bought my home — I saw a story in the news about Tuff Sheds (Don’t worry… It was good news!) .
Hi Brittany, very good and inspiring plan. I built it with some modifications of my own, and about a quarter of it is reclaimed or repurposed wood. Mine’s the same depth but 8′ long and with roof 9′ long as shingles come in 3′ lengths. I went up a foot higher than yours and reversed the slope of the roof as mine is next to garage wall. Also, I used deck screws instead of nails and handled the footings a little differently. I’d send you pics but don’t see how to. Recommendation: tell folks to make their cuts in the tallest 4×4 before assembling the shed; much easier and safer that way. Regards, Wayne

We needed to replace an old shed. The Recreation Unlimited website design process was easy to use and offered lots of options. Descriptions and photos were quite good, and we wound up getting what we expected. The build quality is excellent, and the installation went without a hitch. Recommended.
By its very nature, plastic is quite lightweight, making it quite easy for your plastic shed to be blown over. More importantly, if your shed is one that has been snapped together, the wind may not only knock your shed over but also break it apart.

Shed manufacturers are also getting better at making the resin which now does not fade easily. The plastic on a good shed is also quite thick, which insulates your items from the weather outside.
Hello Brittany , it’s a really fantastic post you’ve surely go here . I’ll surely give this a try in my free time. Thanks
While plastic sheds are designed to offer plenty of protection against rain, ice, and snow, they do suffer from poor wind protection.
This 192 square foot storage shed design has a lean-to roof and barn-style double doors for a traditional look.
Painting plastic gets a bad rap because plastic is hard and sometimes glossy. Paint needs a rough surface. If your plastic shed is new and shiny, sanding is another method to get paint to stick.
