We provide various services including: delivery/setup, shed moves, playset moves, site preparation, etc.
The walls are constructed with traditional 2"x4" studs on 16" centers with a bottom and top plates — just like your house. This is extremely rare in shed construction. .
I plan to have a licensed electrician install lighting and a power outlet inside my Tuff Shed — so I can use it as a fully functional workshop. I love carpentry and hope to make all kinds of things in my new shed!
Excellent experience with Recreation Unlimited. Linzi was so great at communicating with us and the service was great. We are very happy with the end product. The basketball goal looks great!
These dates closely align with restrictions in neighboring states. For instance, Wyoming prohibits the collection of shed antlers and horns from January 1 through April 30 on public lands west of the Continental Divide.

On the cement floor, I never place any kind of 2x4 runner down to prevent contact with the cement.
Allow the stain to dry. Evenly space nine 5/8″ x 24″ boards on the top shelf supports. Secure with finish nails.
Hi Brittany, very good and inspiring plan. I built it with some modifications of my own, and about a quarter of it is reclaimed or repurposed wood. Mine’s the same depth but 8′ long and with roof 9′ long as shingles come in 3′ lengths. I went up a foot higher than yours and reversed the slope of the roof as mine is next to garage wall. Also, I used deck screws instead of nails and handled the footings a little differently. I’d send you pics but don’t see how to. Recommendation: tell folks to make their cuts in the tallest 4×4 before assembling the shed; much easier and safer that way. Regards, Wayne
Great and friendly customer service, we are very happy with our hot tub purchase and installation.
Now, it’s important to note that Heartland Sheds states their wood foundations are treated against bugs and moisture. And I totally believe they are.
My favorite thing about the horizontal shed is the way the 3 doors open. The top opens up and the front opens like double doors, being able to open wide makes access to items super easy. Plus cleaning it out becomes a breeze! It is a very popular shed mainly because it is a simple design. It is also easy to set up and provides value at a reasonable price. MCombo Outdoor Wooden Storage Shed If the wooden style is what you are looking for then the MCombo Outdoor Wooden Storage Shed could be a good fit for your needs. This shed is a great size for ordinary garden tools, including your lawn mover, electric grass trimmer, rakes, water breakers, and other regular shed items. Number 8 on this list in the smaller version of this shed, this one is bigger and available in multiple colors. The grey and white is very unique, but also find this shed in a natural wooden look.
PopularMechnics has plans for pretty much everything you can build for the house and around the house. Therefore, a properly engineered firewood shed couldn’t miss from the list. You can use this shed for storing firewood and small logs so you can dry them and be ready for the cold season. The lean to roof makes this structure easy to build and the front and back openings lets the air flow to dry the wood quickly. MORE >>
Have a tuff shed since we bought our house. Mine is on dirt has held up nicely.the steel framed door is great. We have 10x12. Isn't that Tuff Shed right off the 60 in Ontario? Maybe you can save some coin going straight to them. I have had both a tuff shed and another kit I bought at a local lumber store. I think both were equal in quality. The kit was much cheaper because I built it...the kit was just a lumber package. I can't remember how much they were because it was so long ago, but as far as quality I felt they were comparable. I had the kit shed for 15 years and it was in just as good of shape as the day it was built. Maybe you can find a used one on craigslist and save some money. You would just need a flatbed trailer and some RDP peeps to help you load and unload it. Have a tuff shed since we bought our house. Mine is on dirt has held up nicely.the steel framed door is great. In 2007, an opportunity presented itself to open a location in Marietta, Georgia. Two employees from the Whitehall and Hamburg locations were transferred there to establish our 3rd location. Green Acres of Marietta has now grown considerably, and is firmly established.
