This narrow shed from HowToSpecialist also made the list, because it look fabulous. This stores firewood and also has a separate area for the small twigs. In addition, this wood shed features a gable roof to protect the logs from the elements. I love the simplicity of the design, but don’t be fooled because it will surprise you by how sturdy it is. So, I was pretty much intent on buying a wood shed. But, just for good measure, I did check out metal sheds and plastic sheds, too: Unfortunately, metal sheds can rust — like my existing one did. And I didn’t want another rusty metal shed on my hands in a few years. I once owned a small plastic shed. It’s still standing after nearly 20 years (now in my sister and brother-in-law’s yard). It’s served both me and now my sister and her husband well — but they’re ready to replace it. The plastic shed’s paneling is beginning to warp, allowing water inside the shed.
Some of the weapons have been traced directly to governments that received the arms from the United States. But often, the transactions involved middlemen, including private security contractors seeking to profit from civil wars and insurgencies from South Asia to North Africa, the officials said.
The two-person crew was extremely professional. One of the two guys, an individual who had been working for Tuff Shed for several years, volunteered all kinds of maintenance and care advice to me. He told me exactly how to keep my shed in good working order for many years to come. Paint your wood Tuff Shed every few years – to help keep the exterior in attractive condition. Keep mulch and other landscaping materials away from the under lip of the wood siding — to reduce wood rot. Avoid abutting landscaping materials that might allow water to ricochet back up and under the siding — again, water getting under the wood siding could encourage rot development. Keep large plants farther away from the foundation to keep roots from growing up under your Tuff shed — however, ground plantings around the shed are okay. Don’t apply any adhesive flooring inside your shed — it could void the warranty.

At 120 square feet, my 10’x12′ TR-700 Tuff Shed is smaller than the 150-square-foot threshold for needing a permit to install a shed in my community.
With the wide variety of sizes on offer, you can easily choose the perfect garden shed for your space. If you're short on space, check out the range of smaller options that still offer plenty of room for all your gardening equipment. No rot, no rust, no problems! Plastic sheds biggest selling point is that they don’t require much maintenance, if at all. You never have to paint, sand or treat them for pests. They are also easy to clean with soapy water and a brush, or a pressure washer
Measure your wood shed’s roof depth and add a few inches for overhang (if using asphalt roofing do not extend the sheet more than 2″ over a support or you could have some sagging over time.)
I’ll hand it to both Tuff Shed and Heartland Sheds… Both companies make some nice-looking wood sheds!
This will leave you with a flush surface for the roofing material to rest on later. Attach the two 63″ 2×4’s to the front and back of your structure.
The design features can include windows, reinforced floors, good looking door handles with integrated locks, high pitched roofs, and imitation siding so your shed fits in with its surroundings.
The floor may crack and break through in these areas or it may shift completely, leaving you with doors and windows that don't work.

Personally, when I see this shed (natural version) it gives me a sauna vibe, which means I think it would fit into a backyard with a hot tub and pool. It could be used to hide away pool floats and chemicals needed for the pool/hot tub. Also, many pools need to be fenced and it will fit a wooden fence design perfectly. The handles and hinges match my parent’s patio doors perfectly! (They have a pool and hot tub too!)
